Hoffbauer Tagungshaus rents out event spaces on the island of Hermannswerder in Potsdam. Its waterside location and peaceful surroundings provide a fitting setting for conferences, seminars, meetings and private celebrations. Organisers can choose from several rooms, including a small room for groups of up to 20 people, other rooms for up to 25 or 40 people, and a large hall measuring 238 square metres. Depending on the room, events for up to 190 participants are possible.

The rooms have natural light and modern seminar equipment. Blackout options and different seating arrangements support a range of event formats, from workshops to larger gatherings. The large hall also offers views of the lakeside and access to the outdoors. The rooms can be used individually for family celebrations, birthdays, communions, weddings and corporate parties. Events with catering can also be requested. Recht Freundlich Catering GmbH can be involved for catering requests.

Hermanns Mensa on the grounds invites guests to linger over changing lunch dishes made with seasonal ingredients, and on its terrace. The venue is of interest to event planners for both focused work meetings and festive occasions. Public transport connects the venue with Potsdam Central Station. There are public parking facilities within walking distance for those arriving by car. The rooms are selected and prepared to suit each individual requirement. This means small groups can use a suitable seminar room, while larger parties can gather in the hall. Enquiries about room hire and the desired facilities are handled by the conference centre.
