Ons Dorpshuis is a village venue in Loppersum where organisers can hold gatherings and festive occasions. The hall is suitable for receptions, parties, shows, condolence gatherings, meetings, courses, company outings and children’s parties, among other things. This means the venue can host both private and business gatherings, as well as activities organised by local associations and groups.

For events where food or drink is desired, organisers can discuss different buffet options by arrangement. The options mentioned include cold and hot buffets, barbecues and tabletop grilling. Coffee or lunch during a cycling or walking trip can also be arranged. This allows the arrangements to be tailored to the type of gathering and the group’s wishes.

In addition to the hall, Ons Dorpshuis offers various items for hire. These include tables, chairs, standing tables, crockery and coffee machines. This is practical for organisers who want to set up their gathering themselves or need extra items. The combination of hall hire, catering options and equipment hire makes the venue suitable for a wide range of gatherings in the village.

Anyone organising a gathering in Loppersum can get in touch to discuss availability and the arrangements they require. Catering and additional equipment must be arranged in advance. This makes it possible to see which room layout, facilities and support are right for the occasion and the expected number of guests.
