Stage AE

Stage AE is a live music venue on Pittsburgh's North Shore that also offers its spaces for private and corporate events. Its indoor and outdoor layout gives event planners a choice of settings, from the music hall and club to the outdoor amphitheatre. These areas can be booked separately, allowing the venue to accommodate events of different sizes, from a small reception to a large gathering of several thousand guests.

The venue is suited to corporate functions, sporting events, festivals, cocktail receptions, banquets, charity dinners and wedding celebrations. Its distinctive concert setting, stage and multi-level interior provide a different feel from a conventional hotel ballroom, while the outdoor space offers an option for events that benefit from an open-air atmosphere. Reception, banquet and theatre configurations are available in selected spaces, with capacities varying by room and layout.

Stage AE has lighting and sound systems, and its in-house team can assist with production planning, including video, stage labour and equipment needs. Catering is provided exclusively by Aramark, which can put together food and beverage proposals and event packages. Organisers can explore the rooms and layouts before enquiring about a date, event format and requirements. With several distinct spaces under one roof, Stage AE can host a range of occasions while offering the scale and technical facilities associated with a major concert venue.
