Festspielhaus Baden-Baden offers event planners an exceptional setting for business and private occasions. In addition to its regular concert and opera programme, various rooms can be requested for conferences, corporate celebrations, receptions, gala dinners, trade fairs and presentations. The combination of a historic railway station and modern architecture opens up a range of possibilities for events with a character of their own.
The auditorium provides a fitting setting for large events such as congresses, conferences and stage shows. For smaller formats, there is a technically equipped lecture room and the Orchesterprobensaal, among other spaces. Foyers, the historische Kassenhalle, the Fürstenzimmer and the Hinterbühne add to the range of rooms. The terraces and forecourt can also be included in the plans. Depending on the occasion, events can be held for both smaller groups and large gatherings.
The range includes a variety of event formats: the venue, for example, hosts conferences with catering and presentation equipment, accommodates receptions and organises formal meals on stage or in selected rooms. Areas for up to 2,250 people are available for an after-work party. The AIDA-Restaurant is suitable for smaller celebrations, while TOCCARION can be used for receptions and dinners with up to 150 guests. Music programmes, DJs, cocktail bars and other catering services can be added to the event concept on request.
The events team advises on choosing rooms and suitable equipment, and prepares bespoke proposals. This makes Festspielhaus a distinctive venue for event planners looking for a concert and opera setting for corporate events, celebrations or conferences.
