Literaturhaus Berlin combines a varied literary programme with the option to hire selected rooms for external events. The event spaces are in a historic villa on Fasanenstraße, close to Kurfürstendamm. The venue is accepting hire enquiries for dates from January 2027.

There are three spaces to choose from: the Großer Saal, at around 74 square metres, the Kleiner Saal, at about 45 square metres, and the Kaminzimmer, at around 74 square metres. Depending on the seating arrangement, they can accommodate groups of different sizes: the Großer Saal can be set up in rows for up to 80 people, the Kleiner Saal for up to 50, and the Kaminzimmer for up to 70. Tables can also be provided. The rooms are hired ready-furnished with seating, heating and lighting. Equipment for presentations and discussion formats includes microphones, a sound system, a projector, a screen and a presenter. Technical support and any additional equipment requirements can be discussed when making an enquiry.

Public events hosted by external organisers should fit the venue's literary and cultural focus. Non-public cultural gatherings, as well as commercial or private events organised by businesses and individuals, are also possible. Bookings depend on the intended use of the room and the Literaturhaus's programme, particularly for the two halls on the upper floor. The Kaminzimmer can usually be booked further in advance.
