WaldHaus e.V. Heilbronn

Jägerhaus 5-7, 74074 Heilbronn, Germany

WaldHaus in Heilbronn combines an established live music venue with a versatile event space. Event planners can hire the indoor rooms for private celebrations and business occasions. These include weddings, birthdays, corporate celebrations and other gatherings. Depending on the seating arrangement and how the rooms are used, the indoor spaces can accommodate up to around 200 people. For larger events, the spacious courtyard is available, with room for more than 1,000 guests.

Inside, there is a stage with technical equipment. This also makes the venue an appealing choice for celebrations featuring music, performances or a stage programme. The outdoor area provides a distinctive setting for receptions and open-air events. When planning, WaldHaus can, if requested, offer support with choosing drinks and food, decoration and the music programme. This allows organisers to coordinate different elements to suit the occasion.

Alongside hiring the venue for private events, public concerts and performances are a defining part of its identity. The programme mainly features rock, blues and jazz, alongside other cultural events. This combination of live music and rooms available for hire creates a distinctive setting for events where atmosphere and music play an important role. WaldHaus is on the outskirts of Heilbronn and is suited to event planners looking for a distinctive venue for both small celebrations and larger gatherings. Visits and arrangements can be made by appointment.
