Cloth & Flame

Cloth & Flame plans and produces private and corporate events in distinctive locations across the United States. Its work ranges from weddings and intimate elopements to company retreats, brand experiences, private celebrations and multi-course dinners. Rather than relying on a single permanent venue, the team develops event concepts around the character of each location, including outdoor landscapes, historic buildings, farms and urban spaces.

Organisers can work with Cloth & Flame on a tailored event brief, with the team bringing together planning, design, production and venue options. Its services can include finding a suitable setting, shaping the event format and atmosphere, coordinating the practical details, and arranging food and drinks. The company prepares meals with its own chefs as well as culinary partners, and its dining experiences often centre on seasonal menus and shared tables.

For weddings, Cloth & Flame offers access to outdoor and unusual settings alongside food and venue expertise. Corporate clients can enquire about bespoke retreats, incentive programmes, brand events and private dining. The company also operates a private dining room in downtown Phoenix, with indoor and patio space, built-in audio-visual facilities, a bar and an open kitchen. It can host seated gatherings or larger reception-style events.

With projects shaped to suit the occasion and location, Cloth & Flame is an option for event planners seeking a coordinated experience that combines setting, hospitality and event production. Enquiries can be made through the company website to discuss the event, preferred location and requirements.
