Salle des fêtes Jean-Hubé
- 33 Foulques Nera, 37360 Semblançay, France
The local council manages booking requests and allocates the hall subject to availability. Local associations have priority. To have a request considered, you need to provide the preferred date, the type of event and the number of attendees, then send this information to the town hall. Once the hire has been approved, an agreement is signed at the town hall. Proof of insurance and payment for the hire are required, along with deposits for the building and cleaning.
The rates set by the local council vary according to the season and whether or not the organisers live in Semblançay. The hall is at 33 Foulques Nera, in the village, near Tours. To check availability and arrange your booking, contact the town hall directly. The Jean-Hubé hall therefore offers organisers a large municipal venue, with a hiring procedure and conditions set out by the local council.
