The Lawn at Lake Terrace

The Lawn at Lake Terrace is an open-air live music venue in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, set behind the Lake Terrace Convention Center. Its setting combines a grassy concert space with views of a lake and surrounding trees, giving live performances an outdoor backdrop rather than the feel of a conventional indoor hall. The venue is presented as a place for audiences to enjoy concerts beneath the open sky, with the landscape forming part of the experience.

The Lawn has hosted a range of touring and regional performers, including acts from country, rock and other popular music genres. Its official site lists past shows and directs visitors to ticketing for performances. The venue also provides practical facilities for concertgoers, including accessible seating, on-site restrooms, food and drink concessions, and a cashless payment arrangement. Its published guidance states that shows proceed in wet weather, so event planners and attendees should account for the outdoor format when preparing for a performance.

For organisers considering a live music event in Hattiesburg, the site offers a distinctive outdoor concert environment close to the convention centre. The official information focuses on the venue's concert programme and audience arrangements, rather than detailing private hire packages, technical specifications or rental terms. Planners should therefore confirm availability, production requirements and booking arrangements directly with the venue before building it into an event plan. The Lawn is operated as one of the facilities associated with the Hattiesburg Convention Commission.
