Mohawk Falls

Mohawk Falls offers event planners a private, scenic venue on a 40-acre estate beside the Mohawk River in Colebrook, northern New Hampshire. The grounds combine woodland and waterside scenery with a post-and-beam pavilion, a pond-side gazebo, lawns, gardens, a waterfall and a covered bridge. These outdoor features provide options for ceremonies, receptions, guest gatherings and photographs in a natural setting.

The 40-by-80-foot pavilion is designed for receptions, parties, meetings, concerts and community events. It can seat up to 180 guests comfortably for weddings, with space for tables, a buffet and a dance floor. Alternative layouts can be considered for other functions or larger groups. The venue also has a bar area and house sound system. Clients arrange outside catering for their event.

Mohawk Falls welcomes bookings for weddings, proms, reunions, business meetings, birthdays, anniversaries and other private occasions. Organisers can enquire about availability, arrange a venue tour during the open season, and request a proposal tailored to their plans. The property also hosts public concerts, festivals and arts and crafts events, making it a local gathering place as well as a bookable venue.

Set near Dixville Notch, the location suits organisers looking for an event setting surrounded by nature. On-site accommodation is available nearby at Riverbend House, which can host up to six guests and may be useful for wedding parties or family groups. Mohawk Falls is a venue rather than a catering provider, so planners can arrange food service separately to suit their event.
