Aymestrey Parish Hall is a community venue in Aymestrey, Herefordshire, available to hire for private celebrations, meetings, workshops, classes and local gatherings. Its flexible main hall can accommodate up to 80 people, making it a practical choice for organisers arranging a children’s party, a family celebration, a group meeting or a community activity.

The venue has a kitchen for hirers who need space to prepare or serve refreshments, along with tables, chairs and other hall equipment. On-site parking is available, and the hall describes itself as accessible. Its facilities also include a projector, surround sound system, stage lighting and Wi-Fi access, which can support presentations, talks and other activities that need basic audiovisual equipment.

Bookings are made by enquiry, with options for one-off and regular use. The hall publishes separate charges for hourly hire and party bookings, with kitchen use available for an additional fee. A refundable deposit applies to party bookings. Organisers should check availability and confirm the current hire terms directly with the booking secretary before making plans.

As well as serving local community groups, the hall is open to people looking for a straightforward indoor venue for a private or organised event. Its combination of a main function space, kitchen facilities, parking and useful presentation equipment gives event planners a convenient village setting for gatherings of modest size.
