The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is a flexible venue within Cleveland, Mississippi's West End District, suited to meetings, training sessions, workshops and smaller social or corporate gatherings. Its rooms can be arranged in different formats, giving event planners options for presentations, group discussions, dining and receptions.

The venue has two main meeting areas, each seating up to 70 guests in a classroom layout or 80 in a banquet arrangement. Both areas can be divided to create four separate spaces, with capacity depending on the chosen layout. This gives organisers the choice of hosting a single gathering or arranging smaller sessions within the same building. Boardroom and lecture-style configurations are also available.

Large windows look out over the district's central courtyard and pool, bringing in natural light and providing an attractive outlook for guests. An on-site commercial catering kitchen supports food service for events. The wider West End team can discuss catering and decor options, and work with planners or event committees to tailor arrangements to the occasion and budget.

The Clubhouse is a practical choice for organisers seeking a dedicated space for a business meeting, workshop, banquet-style gathering or private celebration. Its adaptable rooms, range of seating plans and catering facilities allow planners to shape the space around their programme and guest numbers. The venue is located on Highway 8 West in Cleveland, with the West End District serving as the main contact for enquiries and tours.
