Atmosfera Studio

Atmosfera is a private event venue in Astoria, Queens, suited to organisers seeking a distinctive setting for intimate celebrations and professional gatherings. Its original character as a photography studio is reflected in a carefully considered interior, while the space can be arranged for different event styles, from seated dinners and cocktail receptions to seminars, workshops and team days.

The venue hosts weddings, milestone celebrations, private dinners and corporate events. It can accommodate up to 100 guests standing, around 50-60 for a seated dinner, or 70-80 in a seminar or presentation layout. Each booking is private, so organisers and guests have exclusive use of the venue during their event.

Facilities include a private outdoor terrace with lounge seating, a garden and an outdoor bar, as well as a professional kitchen available to licensed caterers. Organisers can arrange in-house bar service, including non-alcoholic options, and choose from catering possibilities such as a plated dinner, partner caterers or approved outside and drop-off catering. Tables, chairs and linens are provided, and the layout can be adapted to suit the occasion.

For presentations and entertainment, the venue has a 4K projector, surround sound, wireless microphones, Wi-Fi and event lighting. An on-site coordinator is included to help oversee event logistics, with a separate planning and coordination option available for more involved support with vendor communication and preparation. Technical assistance and refreshments can also be added.

The team welcomes enquiries for corporate offsites, workshops, receptions, weddings and private celebrations. Organisers can arrange a visit to discuss the space, event format, guest numbers and available options before requesting a tailored quote.
