VRWePlay

VRWePlay is an El Cerrito venue for private celebrations and group events built around shared virtual reality experiences. It welcomes birthday parties, company team-building gatherings and other private groups, with sessions booked for the group rather than shared with unrelated visitors.

Guests can choose from a range of VR games, including action, sport, music and exploration experiences. Staff provide guidance and help participants get started, making the sessions suitable for first-time players as well as people familiar with VR. The format gives groups a chance to play together, take turns and watch the action on screens in the venue.

For birthdays, organisers can select a package sized to their party. Packages include a reserved party block, a VR session for each player, drinks, pizza and a personalised cake, with set-up and clean-up included. A party host supports the booking and celebration, and the team can discuss customised arrangements when a standard option does not fit. Larger groups can enquire about private event bookings.

The venue also offers VR sessions outside birthday packages and runs educational VR activities for young people through community partnerships. Bookings are made in advance, and the El Cerrito location operates by appointment. Organisers should check current availability and discuss their group size and requirements when planning. VRWePlay is a family-friendly option for organisers seeking an activity-led setting where guests can celebrate and take part in an immersive group experience.
