De Kanselarij in Leeuwarden rents out spaces for meetings, workshops, presentations and other business gatherings. The historic building has a range of rooms, from compact spaces for small groups to larger rooms for gatherings with many participants. The meeting rooms can accommodate groups of around 6 to 20 people. The Grote Zaal has a capacity of up to 200 people and is equipped with a stage, projection facilities and a sound system. The cellars are also available to hire, for example for a meeting or group session.

The rooms can be arranged in different ways. Depending on the space, a screen, flip chart and digital meeting equipment are available or can be arranged on request. The Flexruimte can also be used for workshops. Organisers can request a room for part of a day or for a full day. When making a reservation, the venue asks for the preferred date, time and group size so that the request can be tailored to the gathering.

De Kanselarij works with Mies, who provides catering in the building. Exclusive dining is also possible in the historic cellars or the boardroom, including outside regular opening hours. This gives the venue options for formal meetings as well as business dinners and gatherings in a distinctive setting. De Kanselarij is located on Turfmarkt in Leeuwarden and is available on weekdays for enquiries and reservation requests.
