Die Kulturwerkstatt Paderborn is a municipal venue for culture and community. Following its modernisation, the building at Bahnhofstraße 64 has reopened. Event organisers can enquire about rooms there for public cultural events such as concerts, theatre performances, readings and other events. Die Kulturwerkstatt does not hire out its rooms for private celebrations, such as weddings or birthdays.

The rooms on offer include a large hall, a cabaret hall, a studio and a cafeteria. Depending on the room and seating arrangement, the spaces are suitable for events of different sizes, from smaller formats to larger public events. The large hall can accommodate up to 500 people, and the cabaret hall up to 230. The studio can host up to 80 people, and the cafeteria up to 200. Group rooms can also be booked.

Basic equipment, including seating and available technical equipment, is part of the hire offer. Lighting, electricity, heating and ventilation are also covered by the terms of use. The bars are operated by the Die Kulturwerkstatt team. There is parking nearby, and bicycle parking is also available. The specific terms depend, among other things, on the room, the type of use and the admission price. Organisers should direct enquiries about dates, room availability and arrangements to the administration. Die Kulturwerkstatt is therefore particularly suitable for public cultural events that require a stage, suitable additional rooms and a central location in Paderborn.
