Celesta Venues

Celesta Venues offers a broad choice of event spaces across Imperial College London's campuses in central and west London. Its portfolio includes lecture theatres, conference halls, classrooms, meeting rooms, exhibition areas and reception spaces, giving event planners options for gatherings of different sizes and formats.

At the South Kensington campus, organisers can book spaces in buildings such as Sherfield, including the Queen's Tower Rooms and Terrace, as well as rooms in the Grade II-listed townhouse at 170 Queen's Gate. The Sherfield spaces can be arranged for conferences, exhibitions, award ceremonies and dinners, while smaller rooms and lecture theatres suit meetings, training sessions and seminars. The North Acton location offers contemporary spaces and accommodation for educational groups and residential programmes.

The venue team can support planning and delivery, with in-house catering, audio-visual facilities, technical support and complimentary Wi-Fi available across its venues. Organisers can discuss menus and event requirements with the team, and some packages combine venue hire with catering. On-campus accommodation is also available, making the locations practical for residential conferences, summer schools and other multi-day programmes.

Set in well-connected parts of London, the venues are close to public transport and local attractions. Event planners can choose a space to suit their programme, from a focused meeting to a large conference with breakout rooms, dining or exhibition requirements. The variety of settings, on-site services and accommodation gives organisers a single point of contact for planning events at Imperial College London.
