Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center

Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center offers event planners a large-scale venue in Nashville, combining extensive function space with hotel accommodation and on-site event support. Its facilities cater for everything from executive meetings and training sessions to conferences, conventions, trade shows, receptions and large celebrations.

The resort has a wide range of rooms and halls, including ballrooms, boardrooms, breakout spaces and exhibition areas. Planners can explore room layouts and floor plans to match the space to their programme, whether they need a compact room for a small group or a sizeable hall for a major gathering. The largest event spaces can accommodate thousands of attendees, while numerous smaller rooms allow for workshops and parallel sessions.

An in-house meetings team works with organisers on event arrangements, and the property provides planning resources and audiovisual support. On-site accommodation, dining and other guest facilities make it possible to bring meetings, stays and social occasions together in one location. The resort also promotes its distinctive indoor atriums and gardens as settings for receptions and gatherings.

Weddings are another key offering. Couples and planners can consider settings among the resort's gardens, waterfalls and ballrooms, with event staff supporting arrangements for ceremonies and receptions. Wedding celebrations can include tailored menus and a range of related gatherings, such as rehearsal dinners and farewell brunches. With dedicated meeting facilities, wedding settings and guest accommodation under one roof, the resort serves both corporate organisers and people planning milestone celebrations in the Nashville area.
