The room covers around 30 m² and is suitable for business meetings, team discussions, presentations and working sessions. The meeting layout seats up to eight people and can be adapted on request for groups of up to ten.

The room is available to hire by the hour, with a minimum booking of two hours. A day package is also available on request. Thanks to its central location, the meeting venue can be reached by public transport. For visitors arriving by car, Garenmarkt car park is about a five-minute walk away. Restaurants, cafés, museums and other places in Leiden are nearby, so organisers can add a city visit or informal get-together to the programme if they wish.
