In Sauveterre, on the outskirts of Avignon, Domaine le Taleur offers a characterful setting for weddings, christenings and other private or professional receptions. The 18th-century Provençal estate is set amid a leafy 4.5-hectare park, with spaces for entertaining both indoors and outdoors.

The 160 m² reception room is filled with light from its large windows, opens onto a vaulted area and has an authentic feel. The park is ideal for a secular ceremony, a drinks reception or relaxing in the shade of the trees. The variety of spaces helps organisers create a day that reflects their own style, with an indoor option available in case of bad weather.

For weddings, the venue is generally hired from Friday to Sunday, leaving time to prepare the spaces, celebrate the big day and share a moment with guests the following day. Two characterful cottages, adjoining or independent, can accommodate up to 15 people in total. A room reserved for the couple provides an additional on-site accommodation option.

The estate is also suitable for receptions held during the week, particularly christenings and professional events. Its rural setting, spacious park and on-site accommodation make it worth considering for organisers who want to bring their guests together in one place while staying close to Avignon.
