Le Prieuré de Limas

1 Impasse de l'Église, 69400 Limas, France

In Limas, near Villefranche-sur-Saône and around 20 minutes from Lyon, Le Prieuré de Limas offers a reception venue in a former outbuilding of Cluny Abbey. Its historic building and leafy grounds provide a distinctive setting for bringing together colleagues, clients, family and friends, or partners, indoors or outdoors.
The estate hosts professional events such as seminars, meetings, conferences, company anniversaries, product launches and evening events. Several rooms in different sizes and layouts make it possible to host anything from a small meeting to a dinner or cocktail reception. Some have useful presentation equipment, including sound systems and a projector screen. The spaces can accommodate up to 120 people, depending on the chosen package and layout.
Private individuals can also hire the venue exclusively for a christening, birthday, family gathering, private dinner or dance party. More intimate lounges complement the reception rooms, making it possible to adapt the space to the number of guests and the day's schedule.
The service can include a menu created on site by a chef and their team. The options on offer include plated meals, buffets and cocktail receptions, with menus tailored to the occasion. The team also helps with event planning and can suggest entertainment or a theme to suit your needs. Easily accessible from Villefranche TER station and the main roads, Le Prieuré is a good choice for organisers looking for a characterful venue with services tailored to their reception.
