The Old Library is a community and arts venue in central Bodmin, with flexible spaces available for organisers planning meetings, workshops, rehearsals, performances and private functions. Its three hireable spaces range from smaller rooms for group sessions to a café and stage area suited to larger gatherings.

The Reading Room is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 18 people in theatre-style seating, or 12 around a boardroom table. It is a practical choice for training, committee meetings, creative activities and small group sessions. The first-floor Passmore Room can host around 15 to 30 people, depending on the layout, and is suitable for meetings, classes, rehearsals and workshops. A lift provides access to the first floor.

For performances, screenings, workshops or social events, the café and stage is the largest space. It can be arranged with tables, rows of chairs or an open area, and has a raised performance stage, sound system, lighting and projector. The room can accommodate up to 60 people in theatre style or 36 in a café layout. Café and bar facilities are also available, with organisers able to enquire about catering and bar options when booking.

The building is wheelchair accessible, has Wi-Fi and can be hired outside standard daytime hours, including evenings and weekends, subject to availability.
