Lakeport Opera House

Lakeport Opera House is a restored historic venue in Laconia, New Hampshire, available for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. First opened in 1882, the building has been renovated to combine its heritage character with a more contemporary interior. Its location in the Lakes Region makes it an option for organisers seeking a distinctive setting for an event in the area.

The venue offers different spaces for gatherings of varying sizes. The main room can accommodate groups of up to 200, while the Encore lounge is suited to more intimate events of up to 50 guests. Organisers can contact the venue to arrange a tour, discuss availability and enquire about planning a private event. The venue's own programme of live performances also makes it an established destination for concerts, theatre, comedy and community events.

For event planners, Lakeport Opera House can provide a memorable backdrop for wedding celebrations, birthday parties, fundraisers, corporate meetings and other occasions. Its stage and performance setting may also suit events that include presentations or entertainment. The historic building offers a different atmosphere from a standard function room, while its two event spaces provide options for both smaller gatherings and larger celebrations. Organisers can get in touch directly to discuss their guest numbers, event type and requirements.
