Ons Middelheem is a parish hall in the centre of Brasschaat, with spaces for parties, receptions, meetings, training courses and seminars. Organisers can choose from a large function room, two meeting rooms and the separate Emmaüszaal. This makes it suitable for both small gatherings and larger celebrations.

The function room covers 212 m² and normally accommodates up to 200 people. Tables and chairs are provided. The room has a stage with curtains, blackout facilities, air conditioning, wifi and a bar. A sound system is also available for a small fee. The spacious kitchen is equipped for preparing and finishing food, allowing organisers to work with their own caterer.

There are two separate rooms with wifi and furniture for meetings, courses and seminars. The larger meeting room accommodates up to 40 people, while the smaller one accommodates up to 25. The Emmaüszaal is a separate space for up to 60 people, with its own entrance, toilet facilities, bar, small kitchen and wifi.

When you hire the function room or Emmaüszaal, the enclosed courtyard is also available. It offers space for activities such as a barbecue, food truck or bouncy castle. Users can park for free in the spacious car park. The venue is close to the park and Brasschaat Castle and is easy to reach by public transport. The rooms can also be hired on a regular basis.
