Sutherland Labs

Sutherland Labs offers meeting rooms and specialist research studios for hire in Covent Garden, central London. The spaces suit event planners arranging workshops, strategy sessions, team away days, focus groups, usability testing and other research activities. Rooms range from small settings for a handful of people to larger layouts for up to 40 guests, with boardroom, cabaret, theatre and classroom configurations available in selected spaces.

The studios are designed for sessions where participants, facilitators and observers need to work together. Research facilities can support focus groups, playtesting and usability studies, with options such as multi-camera recording, device capture, observation areas and live streaming for remote stakeholders. The team can discuss room setups and technical requirements when you enquire.

Meeting rooms include Wi-Fi, AV equipment, stationery and floor-to-ceiling whiteboards. Video conferencing and interactive screens support collaborative and hybrid sessions. On-site staff can assist with room access and technical needs, while additional support, device hire and a dedicated hostess may be arranged for research bookings.

Tea, coffee and soft drinks are provided, with optional catering available to order. Organisers may also bring their own food and drink. The venue is open on weekdays, with evening bookings and weekend appointments possible by arrangement. Its range of room sizes and research-specific facilities makes it particularly suitable for organisers seeking a practical London base for a focused meeting, workshop or participant study.
