The Fox Theatre-Hays

The Fox Theatre is a historic venue in downtown Hays, Kansas, available for live music, weddings, private celebrations and other special events. Built in 1950, the theatre pairs its Art Deco character and hand-painted murals with a renovated interior, offering organisers a distinctive setting for gatherings of different kinds.

The space features ceilings more than 25 feet high, multi-level seating, four lounges and an original stage of over 450 square feet. A cigar lounge and bar areas add further options for the atmosphere and layout of an event. Organisers can check the venue's calendar for available dates and discuss the requirements of their occasion with the team.

Wedding and event packages range from a basic rental with tables and chairs to more inclusive options. Depending on the package, these can include cleaning, set-up and take-down, table linens, an outdoor patio, named drinks and use of the theatre's marquee. Weekday and hourly hire is also offered, with weddings given priority on weekends. Additional options include chair covers, security and guest transport arrangements.

The theatre also hosts concerts, comedy, film screenings and community events, making it suitable for organisers looking for a venue with an established stage and entertainment setting. Food is not served in the building, so event planners should make separate arrangements for catering. The venue can be contacted directly about wedding and special-event enquiries, package details and booking dates.
