Leevn offers spaces in Waregem for organisers looking for a venue for a meeting, workshop, seminar, training session or team day. The venue includes De Zindering, a renovated flax barn filled with natural light and space for a range of group layouts. The room is suitable for gatherings of up to 80 people standing, or for smaller groups in theatre or table layouts. Wi-Fi, a sound system and ambient lighting are provided, and there is also a theatre curtain.

For smaller gatherings, De Klaarte is available. This homely space can be used for meetings, workshops, a coffee reception or lunch. It has a bar, kitchen, fridge, Wi-Fi and a sound system. De Zindering and De Klaarte can also be used together, for example as a main room with a separate space for breaks or group work. There are also smaller meeting and focus rooms for discussions in a small group.

The interior combines the character of an older rural venue with practical facilities for business meetings. Organisers can have tables and chairs arranged to suit their programme, and items such as crockery and glasses are available on request. The venue works with local businesses for catering. A garden, private parking and coffee facilities make the stay more comfortable for participants. As well as meetings and seminars, the spaces can be used for workshops, talks, team events, photo shoots and filming. The options and preferred layout are tailored to each gathering.
