Teamgeister e.V. creates experiential learning programmes for groups, especially children and young people, school classes and clubs. The focus is on shared tasks in nature, where participants plan together, make decisions and tackle practical challenges. Activities are suitable for a project day, school trip, holiday programme or team day, and can be planned as half-day or full-day programmes depending on the format.

Possible experiences include raft building, canoe trips, archery, GPS tours, soapbox activities and team challenges. Programmes take place in Saalburg, at Geiseltalsee or, if requested, at the group's event venue. For programmes at your location, the team brings the materials needed. This allows schools, clubs and other groups to plan shared activities without travelling to a fixed project site.

The activities are designed to make collaboration tangible and then reflect on it together. Depending on the group and programme, the focus may be on communication, trust, self-awareness and awareness of others, or dealing with new situations. Teamgeister adapts the programme to the group and the setting required.

At its Saalburg location, the association works with the Jugendbegegnungsstätte Saalburg. Accommodation and catering are provided there by the cooperation partner, while Teamgeister runs the experiential learning projects. At Geiseltalsee, groups can also combine activities with the use of an event room and possible on-site catering. Teamgeister is therefore a provider of supervised group activities and team programmes, not the operator of a dedicated event venue.
