Bürgerhaus Rückershausen is a municipal event venue in Aarbergen, offering rooms for private celebrations, club activities and other events. Depending on the occasion and requirements, you can use the hall, the club room or both areas together. A movable partition connects the rooms to create a larger space. There is also a bar room and a kitchen, which can be included when booking the relevant rooms. The kitchen is not equipped with commercial catering appliances.

The new building is single-storey and fully accessible. Large doors lead from the hall onto a terrace and then to an event lawn, so the outdoor areas can also be used when the weather is suitable. A foyer and separate toilet facilities complete the amenities. Separate changing rooms and showers are also part of the building, but have their own entrance from the sports ground.

The municipality rents out the rooms for celebrations and events. Various room combinations are available, such as the hall with the kitchen or the club room with the kitchen. Fees and other conditions apply, including separate cleaning fees and deposits. An important point for planning: according to the municipality, the civic halls and venues can only be rented by residents of Aarbergen. Bürgerhaus Rückershausen is therefore particularly suitable for local event planners, families and clubs looking for a flexible space in Rückershausen.
