Ryokan Eventlocation
- Bleckstraße 64, 45889 Gelsenkirchen, Germany
Ryokan Eventlocation is located at ZOOM Erlebniswelt in Gelsenkirchen and offers an unusual setting for weddings, corporate events, conferences and private celebrations. Among tropical plants, palm trees and Malay-inspired wooden pavilions, event planners can welcome their guests in a green, exotic setting.
Two flexible halls, a light-filled tropical garden and a spacious terrace are available for events. The rooms can be adapted to suit the occasion and preferred seating arrangements, and connected when needed. Whether it is a business meeting, presentation, workshop, company party, birthday or reception, the team advises on planning and helps prepare the event schedule. Technical equipment for talks and presentations includes a projector, screen, and lighting and sound equipment.
Weddings also have a firm place in the venue's offering. Couples can plan a celebration under palm trees and enquire about a civil wedding ceremony at the venue in coordination with Standesamt Gelsenkirchen. The team guides them through the planning, helps shape the day and tailors the food and drink offering to the occasion.
The kitchen offers individually created menus and buffets, including Asian-inspired dishes, rustic options, BBQ and finger food. Service staff and the events team look after guests during the event. Ryokan thus combines the hire of a distinctive event venue with catering and personal support for a range of event formats.
