Novotel Lyon Bron Meeting & Events welcomes event planners to a hotel in Bron, on the outskirts of Lyon and close to Eurexpo. It brings together meeting spaces, hotel services and on-site accommodation, making it a practical choice for seminars, conventions, study days and business meetings with several key sessions.

The hotel has 17 rooms and more than 1,000 m² of space dedicated to meetings and events. The layouts can be adapted to suit different formats, from small meetings to large gatherings. The largest room covers 672 m², and the venue can accommodate up to 700 people, depending on the layout. High-speed Wi-Fi and a business centre complete the facilities that are useful for organising a working day or a convention.

For meals and breaks, organisers can make use of the hotel restaurant, bar and terrace. Catering options can support the different stages of a seminar, from welcome coffee to meals. The 112 rooms also allow participants to stay on site, particularly for multi-day events or meetings bringing together people travelling from further afield.

The hotel is close to the A43 and A46 motorways and has a secure car park with 250 spaces. Lyon Part-Dieu and Saint-Exupéry railway stations can be reached by car. In addition to the business facilities, participants can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, pétanque court and green spaces. This combination of accommodation, meeting rooms and on-site services makes it easier to coordinate business events in the Lyon region.
