Debatpodium Arminius

Museumpark 3, 3015 CB Rotterdam, Netherlands

Debatpodium Arminius hires out characterful rooms in a listed historic building in central Rotterdam. The venue is suitable for a wide range of events, from a small meeting or training session to a conference, symposium, talk, debate, dinner, concert or party. Organisers can also hold a wedding ceremony here.
There are several rooms, each with its own possibilities. The Grote Zaal can accommodate larger groups, while the Bovenzaal, Raadszaal and smaller breakout rooms are suitable for smaller gatherings or as additional spaces. Depending on the layout, rooms can be set up for presentations, theatre-style seating, table discussions or a standing programme. The forecourt and terrace can also be used as part of an event.
Arminius can support organisers with the practical and content-related aspects of their event. The team provides technical facilities for video, lighting and sound, and can arrange technicians. Catering and bar options are available, from coffee and lunch to dinner and drinks with snacks. Support with hosts, waiting staff, ticket sales, live streaming and programme makers is also available. This allows organisers to decide which elements they would like to outsource.
The listed building's historic character gives the rooms a distinctive look, while the different spaces accommodate a wide range of event formats. The building is wheelchair accessible and has facilities including a lift, Wi-Fi and accessible toilets. Its central location makes it easy to reach by public transport, and there is a multi-storey car park opposite the building. Arminius combines room hire with additional support for organisers looking to hold their event in Rotterdam.
