Mingle Event Studio

Mingle Event Studio is an intimate event venue in Philadelphia, available to hire for private celebrations, community gatherings and small business events. Its flexible space suits birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, engagement celebrations, dinner parties, cocktail receptions, meetings, workshops, art exhibits and pop-up shops. The venue's mix of rustic details and modern finishes includes hardwood floors, decorative lighting and a feature wall, creating a warm setting that can be adapted to different occasions.

Organisers can choose a layout to suit their event, with capacity for up to 50 seated guests or 75 people at a cocktail-style gathering. Tables and chairs are included, along with set-up, a food table and a sweets table. Available table styles include rectangular, round and cocktail tables. For presentations or entertainment, the venue has monitors, Bluetooth speakers and a microphone.

Mingle welcomes organisers to bring their own caterer, DJ and decorator, giving them flexibility over the event's suppliers and style. Alcohol may be served, although it cannot be sold. Optional rental items include tablecloths, a backdrop frame, accent chairs, an ottoman, a vintage sofa, uplighting and a red carpet with stanchions. Outdoor seating is also available, weather permitting.

The venue rents by the hour, with different rates depending on the day. Most bookings have a four-hour minimum, and additional time can be arranged. A complimentary hour for set-up and another for breakdown are included with standard rentals. Tours are available by appointment, and organisers can request a reservation directly with the studio.
