Union St

One Space is a flexible first-floor room at Union St, a city-centre coworking and community hub in Sheffield. Organisers can hire it for meetings, training sessions, workshops, classes, rehearsals and other small events. Its adaptable layout makes it suitable for different group formats, with capacity for up to 35 people.

The venue offers half-day, full-day and evening hire, giving planners options for a short working session, a full programme or an after-work gathering. Practical extras include projector hire, flipcharts and paper, and a refreshment station with fresh coffee, tea and chilled water. Lunch catering can also be arranged through the site's street-food traders, and barista service is available outside normal hours by arrangement.

The space is in Sheffield city centre, making it a convenient choice for local organisations and visiting groups. Bookings are requested through the venue's online enquiry process, with the team confirming availability and sending booking details. Community groups and voluntary organisations can ask about social hire rates, while private and corporate bookings are also welcomed.

Union St has another option for evening events: its ground-floor café space, which can be hired separately. The building also provides smaller meeting rooms, but One Space is the larger, multi-purpose option for organisers who need room for a class, workshop, rehearsal or group session. Its combination of central location, flexible room use and practical meeting equipment makes it a useful setting for compact business and community events.
