The Vintage Grand Room

Set within the historic Hotel Washington building in downtown Chehalis, The Vintage Grand Room offers event spaces for weddings, receptions, banquets, meetings and private celebrations. Its principal space is a 6,000-square-foot room with original hardwood floors and exposed brick, combining period character with room for gatherings of up to 250 guests. A kitchen and lift access are available in the building, and the venue's layout offers organisers several ways to shape the occasion.

The rooftop patio can complement a Grand Room booking or be hired on its own for a smaller gathering. It provides an outdoor setting with a bar, bistro tables and chairs, umbrellas, heaters and a television, with views of the surrounding hills. The Clubhouse is another flexible space, suitable as a bar area or a place for the wedding party to prepare, and it can also be booked separately for events such as showers and holiday parties. Couples can add a private Bride Room for preparations and last-minute touch-ups, with lift access to the event spaces for an entrance.

Organisers can hire the Grand Room, Clubhouse and patio separately or choose a package that brings several spaces together. The venue's historic setting and range of indoor and outdoor areas make it suitable for both formal celebrations and smaller social events. Its location in central Chehalis also provides a distinct downtown setting for guests and event planners to consider.
