The venue comprises two houses with a total of seven meeting rooms in various sizes. Depending on the room, there are layouts for small groups of between four and eighteen people. The gardens can also be used for drinks receptions and dinners. Each garden can accommodate a dinner for up to thirty guests or a drinks reception for up to one hundred guests. The gardens can be combined, for example, for a ceremony in one area and a dinner or party in the other. Stretch tents, patio heaters and atmospheric lighting make it possible to use the outdoor spaces even in changeable weather.
For business meetings, equipment such as a presentation screen, flip charts, Wi-Fi, microphones and a sound system is available. The venue also offers opportunities for activities and workshops, such as yoga, fishing or a guided walk. Catering for gatherings and parties can be arranged through the in-house caterer, with packages tailored to the occasion and the organiser's wishes.
Veerhuis aan het IJ is also set up for weddings. Ceremonies can take place in one of the gardens, beneath a covered wedding gazebo, or as part of a dinner and party on the premises. Organisers can get in touch to discuss the rooms, availability and their preferred arrangements.
