249 Roberie Sud

2 Avenue de Dupouy, 33360 Cénac, France

In Cénac, around twenty minutes from Bordeaux, 249 Roberie Sud welcomes organisers looking to bring their teams together in a peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This characterful house is well suited to seminars, meetings, training sessions, management meetings and other business events. Its reception and workspaces provide an environment that encourages discussion, reflection and team cohesion.

The venue can also host residential seminars for groups of up to 15 people. Seven bedrooms, each with its own shower room, make it possible to extend meetings over several days and keep participants on site. During breaks, the lounge, terrace, garden and swimming pool open onto the outdoors and offer a change of pace. The reception room has equipment suited to group work, with a stated capacity of up to around thirty people, depending on the layout.

Catering is available on site, with meals prepared in the house and an emphasis on local and organic produce. The team supports organisers throughout their stay and takes care to adapt the welcome to the group's needs. The venue also highlights responsible choices, such as second-hand furniture, reusable containers and careful energy management.

As well as business events, the house can be booked exclusively for stays with family or friends. For event planners, its intimate scale, on-site accommodation and rural surroundings make it a suitable option for meetings and residential seminars near Bordeaux.
