Dorfgemeinschaftshaus Heilberscheid is a municipal event venue in the centre of the village and can be hired for private celebrations and other gatherings. The hall on the ground floor has space for around 90 people. For smaller groups, there is also a vaulted cellar with capacity for around 30 people. This allows you to choose the right room depending on the occasion and number of guests.
The facilities include a small kitchen with a bar area. Stage elements can be arranged in different ways, allowing the space to be used for a range of purposes, such as a programme featuring presentations or music. The venue is particularly suitable for family celebrations and gatherings where a private room with kitchen facilities is needed. Events organised by groups and organisations are also possible, according to the municipality's usage information. The specific terms and fees may vary depending on the occasion and on whether the organisers are from Heilberscheid or elsewhere.
The hire is arranged through a contact person at the local council. Event planners interested in booking should get in touch directly to discuss dates, terms of use and details about the facilities. Parking is available in the surrounding streets. With its different room sizes, Dorfgemeinschaftshaus Heilberscheid is a local option in Heilberscheid in the Westerwald for both a larger celebration in the hall and smaller events in the vaulted cellar.
