Ontmoetingscentrum Olsene is a municipal venue in the centre of Olsene, a district of Zulte. Organisers can apply to use the venue for a wide range of activities, such as meetings, cultural performances, society events and celebrations. The municipality manages the venue and handles bookings through its cultural department.

The venue is set up for flexible use. Tables and chairs are available, and users can also use the equipment provided, in accordance with the municipality's arrangements. Drinks are supplied by the municipality, and the venue has rules on use, tidying up and leaving it clean. The maximum capacity permitted under fire safety regulations is 460 people. This is a safety limit, not a guarantee that every floor plan or layout will comfortably accommodate that number of guests.

The venue is set in green surroundings, with a garden and park. This outdoor space is a pleasant addition for activities where guests may also want to spend some time outside. Please note that municipal rules on use impose certain restrictions: for example, wedding and engagement parties are not permitted in the venue. The application process, available dates and any usage fees depend on the type of organiser and the municipality's terms and conditions. Some local societies and other specifically defined users can use the venue free of charge, while other applicants pay a fee.

For organisers looking for a functional municipal venue for a local activity, meeting, cultural evening or celebration, Ontmoetingscentrum Olsene offers a practical base in Zulte. For the latest availability, room layout and booking terms, contact the municipality's cultural department.
