Miraloma Park Improvement Club

The MPIC Clubhouse is a community hall in San Francisco available for private and public event hire. It provides a practical setting for celebrations, meetings and other gatherings, with space for up to 85 people. Past and suggested uses include birthday, wedding and graduation celebrations, as well as presentations, seminars, fundraisers, exhibits and craft fairs.

Around 30 vehicles can park on site, with additional street parking nearby. The location is also accessible by public transport, including the 44 MUNI bus and BART from Glen Park station.

Rentals are available throughout the year, with weekend bookings and some weekday availability. The hire includes use of the facility, while renters are responsible for arranging their own event set-up and leaving the space clean. Optional cleaning can be arranged in advance. A refundable security deposit and completed rental paperwork are required, and the club can provide its rental policies on request. Residents of Miraloma Park and local business owners may qualify for discounted rates through club membership.

The clubhouse is operated by the Miraloma Park Improvement Club, a neighbourhood organisation that also uses the space for community activities. Its rental programme makes this historic local hall available to organisers seeking a straightforward venue for a small to mid-sized gathering.
