At the heart of the Hippodrome de Pornichet, the Centre de Congrès offers an original setting for professional meetings and large-scale events. The team supports businesses, agencies and institutions from defining the project through to coordinating it on site. Whether you are planning a seminar, study day, conference, congress, trade fair, product launch or gala evening, the spaces can be configured to suit the format and objectives of each event.
The venue comprises ten flexible spaces, filled with natural light and overlooking the racecourse. The Hall des paris offers a large area for gatherings and trade fairs, while several rooms are available for smaller meetings. The panoramic restaurant and terraces make it possible to plan meals, drinks receptions or breaks in a setting overlooking the racecourse. Capacities vary depending on the layout, from meetings for a few people to events attended by several thousand participants. The spaces have Wi-Fi and are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Organisers can also call on the team to develop a suitable programme, include team-building activities or work with local suppliers. Rallies, sports days, murder mystery parties and water-based activities are among the options suggested to complement a meeting. A private horse-racing package can also create entertainment centred on the world of racing. Located in Pornichet, close to the railway station, beaches and ocean, the centre has on-site parking and benefits from the destination's accommodation options.
