123 On Third

123 On Third is a rentable event space in downtown Geneva, Illinois, designed for organisers looking for a characterful setting for a small gathering. Its open-plan studio has an eclectic, furnished interior and adaptable areas that can be arranged for different occasions, rather than a blank hall that needs to be dressed from scratch.

The venue welcomes private celebrations such as bridal showers, intimate weddings, wedding receptions and other parties, as well as business luncheons, meetings, corporate events, retreats and boutique showcases. It also offers a bridal suite and a setting for photography sessions, making the space useful for wedding preparations and creative shoots as well as the main event.

Bookings are offered for event use, bridal suite days and full-day rentals, with options to hire the venue by the hour or for longer. Indoor layouts can suit seated or cocktail-style gatherings, and an outdoor area can be included in some arrangements. The venue publishes approximate capacities that vary by setup, with smaller numbers for seated indoor events and larger groups possible for cocktail gatherings using both indoor and outdoor space. Organisers should confirm the current layout and capacity for their date.

Included with bookings are the existing furniture and amenities, general clean-up, and time for set-up and pack-down. Additional tables, chairs, glassware, furniture and finishing touches can be arranged, and audiovisual facilities are available. A wet bar and kitchen area provide a place to present food and chill drinks. Organisers can request a date and arrange a tour to discuss the room setup and rental details for their event.
