Baxus is an intimate venue in Nederzwalm for organisers looking for a warm, rural setting for a celebration, meeting or training course. The former farm buildings have been converted into two separate rooms. The larger room, Traktorschuur, can seat 46 guests and has a bar with two beer taps. Koestal is a more intimate space with seating for twenty, suitable for smaller groups or as an additional room for a larger gathering. Together, the rooms can seat around sixty guests.

The outdoor space adds to the possibilities. There is a terrace and a spacious garden with lounge areas, parasols and a tree house. There are toys and a play area for activities with children. The garden also has room for, for example, a bouncy castle or food truck.

Organisers can use the professional kitchen, which includes a gas cooker, oven, fridge and warming cabinet. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, tables and chairs are provided. Baxus works with chefs and other professionals, but also allows organisers to choose their own caterer. The venue can be adapted for a wide range of gatherings, from family celebrations and receptions to business meetings and training courses. The homely decor and peaceful location make Baxus suitable for groups who like to get together in an informal setting. Contact the venue directly to discuss availability, practical arrangements and your preferred layout.
