The meeting lounge, De Deel, can accommodate groups of up to 16 people. For a smaller meeting or work session, there is a separate garden room for 1 to 4 people. Both rooms offer guests views of the surrounding polder landscape. In good weather, participants can also go outside, for example for a break, an exercise in small groups or a gathering on the terrace, by the orchard or under the hay barn.
The venue provides coffee and tea, homemade cake and lunch on request. These include vegetables and herbs from its own kitchen garden and local produce. Organisers can also add an activity to the day if they wish, such as a walk, a ceramics workshop, yoga or a wine tasting. The options can be tailored in consultation to suit the programme and the group.
Buitengoed Ta Fête is particularly suitable for small business meetings that benefit from a quiet, informal setting outside the city. There is limited free parking. In addition to its meeting rooms, the site has a small nature campsite, but the meeting and training rooms are of particular interest to event planners.
