Hof ter Meyghem

Hofstraat 143, 9200 Dendermonde, Belgium

Hof ter Meyghem is an event venue in rural Oudegem, close to Dendermonde. The rooms are suitable for a variety of occasions, from wedding celebrations and anniversaries to communion celebrations, newborn celebrations, birthdays, receptions and corporate events. The venue caters to both private celebrations and business gatherings, and can accommodate groups of up to around 180 people.

For wedding celebrations, attention is paid to the different moments of the day. Think of a ceremony or reception in the garden, followed by a meal and an evening party in the room. Organisers can also discuss the arrangements and catering for other occasions. There are various menu and drinks packages, with options such as receptions, buffets and walking dinners. The arrangements are tailored to the organiser’s wishes and the type of gathering.

The venue has several function rooms, reception gardens and a terrace. Indoor facilities include audiovisual equipment, Wi-Fi, a projector, and lighting and sound equipment. Natural daylight, air conditioning and private parking are also available. Businesses can make use of the venue for meetings and team-building, as well as the function rooms for staff parties and receptions.

Hof ter Meyghem is happy to welcome organisers by appointment to view the rooms and discuss the options. This makes it possible to coordinate the guests, programme, room layout and catering. The green surroundings also offer space for part of the programme to take place outdoors, depending on the weather and the nature of the event.
