Salle des fêtes de Poulainville
- 5459 Rue de Beauquesne, 80260 Poulainville, France
The spaces are suitable for birthdays, weddings, ceremonies, meetings and training sessions. Tables are provided with the hire, and crockery may be available for an additional charge. The stage can also be assembled or dismantled on request. Terms and prices vary depending on the hall booked, the hire period, the type of organiser and the event times. Some bookings after 10 pm require a security guard to be present.
Bookings are made through the town council by submitting a written request stating the purpose, preferred dates and the applicant's contact details. Supporting documents are required, and the availability must be confirmed by the council office before the contract is signed. The published terms distinguish between residents and associations in Poulainville and associations, works councils and companies from outside the town. It is therefore advisable to check the arrangements that apply to each event directly with the local council.
With two different sizes, furniture available and separate hire options, this municipal hall offers a flexible setting for bringing guests together for a meal, a celebration or a business meeting.
