Espace Colonica

4 Place de la Liberté, 79160 Coulonges-sur-l'Autize, France

In Coulonges-sur-l'Autize, Espace Colonica offers a multipurpose venue for organisers of private, business and association events. Its large 320 m² room can be arranged to suit the needs of each event. Retractable tiered seating makes it possible to create a seated layout, while tables and chairs are available for meals, meetings and receptions. A 90 m² stage completes the space for speeches, performances and entertainment.
The venue suits a range of formats, from weddings and family celebrations to conferences, association events and business gatherings. Organisers can also make use of a bar, a cloakroom and fully equipped kitchens, including cooking equipment, a cold room, a commercial dishwasher and equipment for keeping dishes warm. These facilities make it possible to prepare and serve a meal on site, depending on the arrangements chosen.
For presentations and entertainment, the room has sound and lighting equipment, microphones, screens and a projector. Connections throughout the room make it easier to set up technical equipment, and the two dressing rooms can be used by performers or speakers. Air conditioning helps keep guests comfortable during events.
Bookings can be made through the town hall, either by contacting it directly or online, with packages available for different spaces and uses. Free parking is available on site, and the venue has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. This flexible venue allows event planners to choose the layout that best suits their programme, audience and reception needs.
