813 Reserve

813 Reserve is a Detroit venue available to hire for private celebrations and business events. Its mid-sized space can accommodate gatherings of up to 100 guests, making it suited to occasions where organisers want a dedicated setting without the scale of a large function centre.

The venue welcomes birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, graduation celebrations, micro-weddings, corporate mixers and social networking events. Its layout combines a designated dance floor and built-in DJ booth with a fireplace, giving organisers useful features for both lively evening parties and more relaxed receptions. The room can also provide a setting for meetings and other professional gatherings.

Bookings are offered in two time slots: afternoon events from 2pm to 7pm, and evening events from 9pm to 2am. A 50 per cent deposit is required to secure a booking. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss availability and the arrangements for their event.

Located on West McNichols Road, 813 Reserve serves event organisers in Detroit and the wider South-East Michigan area. It presents itself as a private-hire venue for both social and corporate occasions, with a single space and built-in amenities that support different event formats. Whether planning a celebration with dancing or a smaller professional gathering, organisers can enquire about hiring the venue and tailoring the booking to their needs.
