In the heart of Nantes, L’ESPACE offers businesses two flexible rooms for meetings, seminars, training sessions, workshops, conferences and presentations. Located inside L’HOTEL, opposite the Château des Ducs de Bretagne and a few minutes' walk from the station, the venue makes it easy to welcome participants from the city and other regions.

The rooms can be hired separately or combined to accommodate up to 40 people. Depending on the chosen format, they can be set up for a meeting around a table, in a U shape, as a classroom, as a conference room or with tables for working in small groups. A more open layout can also suit an informal gathering or a drinks reception.

Facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, connected screens, a projector, flip charts and meeting supplies. The on-site team can help organisers choose the right layout and prepare their event. Packages are available for a half-day, a full day or as a study day, depending on the group's needs.

For events lasting several days, participants can also stay in the hotel's rooms, in the same building as the meeting rooms. Combining workspace and accommodation can simplify the logistics of a seminar or training course. The central location also makes it easy to reach public transport, restaurants and the main points of interest in the city centre.
