Het Subudhuis is a small-scale venue in Capelle aan den IJssel for business meetings and group activities. The rooms can be hired by the half-day and used separately, allowing organisers to choose a space that suits their meeting. The venue caters for meetings, training sessions, workshops, presentations and small conferences, among other things. Parties, birthday celebrations and other social events are not permitted.
On the ground floor, there is a bright 110 m² room, next to a 20 m² lounge and meeting room. Upstairs, there is a room of just over 40 m². There is also a multi-purpose hall with a round table and a self-service counter with kitchen facilities. The rooms are also suitable for anyone wishing to provide their own coffee, tea or simple catering. Additional items such as tables, chairs and a whiteboard can be discussed on request.
The decor is calm and functional, with an emphasis on interaction and concentration. This makes the building suitable for gatherings where participants want to discuss, learn or develop ideas together. A garden with a terrace and small seating areas surrounds the building. The venue is within walking distance of Capelle Schollevaar station and is also accessible by car. There is limited parking at the building, with additional free parking a short walk away.
Het Subudhuis rents out its spaces on a business, non-commercial basis and expects them to be used respectfully. Organisers can contact the venue directly for information about availability, rates and the practical arrangements for their meeting.
